My background is running and my qualifications, experience and expertise in running fitness as well as triathlon running is why I offer running coaching in Chippenham and the surrounding area.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced marathon or ultra runner, I can help you progress!
I like to meet with my clients and after an initial consultation I then write you a bespoke training programme tailored to suit your lifestyle and availability to run. Initially I spend time running with you and will do a videoed run analysis and then provide ongoing advice and support throughout the training period and often will be at the finish line to cheer your PB in!
I do not offer generic black and white run programmes. They are all bespoke.

Accompanied Run Coaching and Analysis
If you do not need a full running programme to follow, I do offer a one hour Run Analysis session where I look at every aspect of your running in fine detail – from the clothes you wear, the time of day you train, your nutrition before during and after running, and most importantly your running technique which includes a videoed session analysing your body position, gait and foot strike. This can be done outside or inside on a treadmill.
I also offer accompanied 1:1 run training sessions where I simply keep you company on your training runs (up to 20 miles) and these are charged by the hour.
