As an experienced double Ironman triathlete and qualified British Triathlon coach I ‘get it’ . I fully appreciate and understand all aspects and contributing factors involved in triathlon. I know what it takes to get to the start line of any race feeling confident to perform and to finish.
All my triathlon programmes are tailor made for each athlete. They are all bespoke, realistic and developed to accommodate lifestyle and availability to train. I use Training Peaks software to write my athlete programmes and the cost of this is included in the monthly fee. For those who prefer not to use the software, I manually write the programmes.
I do not offer ‘off the shelf’ black and white programmes and this is where my Personal Training comes into it.
I spend time with my athletes and go swimming, cycling and running with them. This enables me to coach, advise and demonstrate the appropriate and necessary techniques required for my athletes to reach their full potential.
