At Bybrook we offer Personal Training on a 1:1 basis. We believe that 1:1 Personal training is just that – one trainer working with one client at a personal level. You decide where you would like your sessions to take place – either in the Bybrook gym, in an outside area i.e. park or garden, or within your own home. This is charged on an hourly basis and the tone and intensity of these sessions can be very gentle to extremely tough, you decide.

We like to get to know our clients well, understand their needs and goals and then we set out to achieve them!

After an initial consultation, a realistic, achievable and enjoyable programme will be be put together for you. This  will include everything you need to do to achieve your goal including the exercise and the nutritional aspects.

You decide on your goal and we will help you reach it!
